Going the distance: these marathon-themed cocktails are perfect for the post-race after-party!

However you’re feeling after running a marathon, at least one of these cocktails is bound to suit your mood! Note: we can’t guarantee any post-race health benefits, but they always make us feel better!

JUBILANT

Ingredients:

40ml gin
20ml Benedictine
10ml Lemon Juice 
10ml Orange Juice 
1 egg white 

Method:
Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a cocktail glass.


WALKING DEAD

Ingredients:

30ml Dry Island Gin
25ml lemon juice
20ml Maidenii La Tonique or Lillet Blanc
10ml sugar syrup
3ml absinthe
Lemon twist, to garnish

Method:

Chill a coupette.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake  and fine strain into your chilled coupette.  
Garnish with a lemon twist.


CORPSE REVIVER

Ingredients:

21ml gin
21ml lemon juice
21ml Cointreau
21ml Lillet Blanc
Dash of absinthe

Method:

Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail mixer. Strain into a chilled coupette. Return from the dead.
