Fizzy, fruity and ginny, what more could one want from a gin cocktail?! In The Alchemists Elixir, bubbles and Taylerson’s Blackcurrant syrup come together in a heady celebration of decadence!
The Alchemist’s Elixir
Ingredients:
25ml Taylerson’s Blackcurrant Syrup
25ml Lemon juice
50ml gin
Champagne or sparkling wine, to top up
Lemon twist and blackcurrants, garnish (optional)
Method:
Add syrup, lemon juice and gin to a cocktail shaker packed with ice. Shake hard for 30 second. Strain into a champagne flute and top up with champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish and serve.
