The Alchemist’s Elixir
25ml Taylerson’s Blackcurrant Syrup
25ml Lemon juice
Champagne or sparkling wine, to top up
Lemon twist and blackcurrants, garnish (optional)
Add syrup, lemon juice and gin to a cocktail shaker packed with ice. Shake hard for 30 second. Strain into a champagne flute and top up with champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish and serve.
