The end of another month has almost arrived (this year is going so quickly?!) and we’re looking back at how our members have been enjoying April’s Gin of the Month - the delicious limited edition Dodd’s Gin - and a whole host of other treats this spring!

…AND TOP TIPS!
We received a top tip from Lisa and her cousin Mat who recommended the following syrup recipe for your lavender and lemon peel garnish in April’s box!
“Mat told me to add the lavender and lemon peel garnish to a pan along with 300ml water and 300g of sugar, bring to the boil before simmering for 5 mins and then leaving to infuse for 4 hours. My house smells amazing and the syrup once strained is intense and really delicious with the gin!!!”
