What are Grey Goose Essences?

Grey Goose Essences are delicious spirits made by the world-renowned French vodka maker, Grey Goose. They come in three mouthwatering flavours: Watermelon & Basil, White Peach & Rosemary, and Strawberry & Lemongrass.

Each one is infused with real fruit and botanical essences, made with all-natural ingredients, and they all have Grey Goose’s iconic vodka at their core, making them superb tipples for mixing with tonic or into sumptuous cocktails. They can even be found in new ready-to-drink, canned cocktails from the brand: Grey Goose Watermelon & Basil Spritz and Strawberry & Lemongrass Spritz.

50ml Grey Goose Essences
150ml premium tonic water (available to buy here)
The garnish for this serve depends on the flavour of Grey Goose Essences you are using:

  • For the Strawberry & Lemongrass edition, use fresh strawberries and lemongrass.
  • For the Watermelon & Basil edition, use fresh watermelon and basil leaves.
  • For the White Peach & Rosemary edition, use slices of peach and a fresh sprig of rosemary.
    Combine the Grey Goose Essences and tonic water in a wine glass over lots of ice. Garnish, serve and enjoy!

For the Strawberry & Lemongrass edition, use fresh strawberries and lemongrass.

For the Watermelon & Basil edition, use fresh watermelon and basil leaves.

For the White Peach & Rosemary edition, use slices of peach and a fresh sprig of rosemary.

This gorgeous recipe takes inspiration from the classic French 75 cocktail and mixes Grey Goose Essences Strawberry & Lemongrass with gin and champagne for a delightfully fizzy, fragrant, strawberry and lemongrass-flavoured twist on the original that is a taste sensation.

The perfect Grey Goose Essences cocktail recipe suggestion:
Fraise 75

20ml gin
15ml Grey Goose Essences Strawberry & Lemongrass
15ml Simple Syrup
15ml fresh lime juice
Champagne, to top
2 fresh strawberries (optional)
3 cloves
Fresh mint and strawberries, to garnish

Muddle the fresh strawberries and cloves in a shaker. Add the gin, Grey Goose Essences, syrup and lime juice with lots of ice and shake well. Double strain into a champagne saucer or martini glass and top with champagne. Garnish, serve and enjoy!
