Take the classic Aperol Spritz recipe, then add a dash of gin and a splash of grapefruit juice, and you’ve got a fabulous, contemporary twist on the ultimate summer cocktail! Instantly refreshing, this delicious drink takes just moments to assemble.
Grapefruit Gin Spritz
25ml gin
50ml grapefruit juice
25ml Aperol
50ml sparkling wine, chilled
Grapefruit wedge, to garnish
Fill your glass (a large coupe or wine glass would be best) with ice and pour in your gin, grapefruit juice and Aperol. Stire gently to combine. Top up with sparking wine (or prosecco). Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit or orange, then serve.
