You can enjoy them alone and with a splash of gin as a low-alcoholic alternative, or mixed up in each of the four gorgeous cocktails below, created to complement the beautiful flavours in their range. Wild Bouquet
This beautiful cocktail was invented by the amazing team at Tame & Wild. It’s a mouth-watering mix of gin, citrusy pink grapefruit juice, sweet honey water and the delectable Tame & Wild Damson & Rosehip. Finished with fresh grapefruit and a herbaceous sprig of rosemary, this is one remarkable spring cocktail.
Ingredients
25ml gin
15ml pink grapefruit juice
10ml lemon juice
1 tsp honey
Tame & Wild Damson & Rosehip, to top up
Fresh grapefruit and a spring of rosemary, to garnish
Method
Shake the gin, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and honey with lots of ice and then strain into a coupe glass and top up with Tame & Wild Damson & Rosehip. Garnish and enjoy!
Rhubarb & Elderberry Gimlet
A refreshing twist on the classic Gimlet cocktail, this recipe balances the sour citrus notes with creamy vanilla and fruity rhubarb from Tame & Wild Rhubarb & Elderberry. It’s like a sophisticated sparkling dessert!
Ingredients
50ml gin
15ml lemon juice
10ml Vanilla Syrup
75ml Tame & Wild Rhubarb & Elderberry
Lemon twist, to garnish
Method
Add the first three ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a coupe or champagne saucer and top with Tame & Wild Rhubarb & Elderberry. Garnish and serve.
Salty Wild Dog
This twist on the traditional Salty Dog cocktail, which usually mixes just gin or vodka, grapefruit juice and salt, is made by adding juicy, berry flavours of Tame & Wild Blueberry & Dandelion. It’s a scrumptious cocktail and we can’t get enough!
Ingredient
50ml gin
35ml grapefruit juice
100ml Tame & Wild Blueberry & Dandelion
Grapefruit peel and salt rim, to garnish
Method
You have the option to either salt the rim of the glass or add a pinch of salt inside the glass. Add the rest of the ingredients along with ice and give a quick stir to combine. Garnish with a large peel of grapefruit.
Summer Berry Highball
This beautiful cocktail was made to celebrate the beautiful special edition Otterbeck Cotton gin, infused with Strawberry & Pink Peppercorn, which pairs wonderfully with the fresh strawberry and cucumber notes of Tame & Wild Strawberry, Cucumber & Lime flower. Summer refreshment never tasted so good!
Ingredients
50ml Otterbeck Distillery Cotton Gin Strawberry & Pink Peppercorn
Tame & Wild Strawberry, Cucumber & Lime flower, to top up
1 strawberry, sliced
Strawberry and Cucumber slice, to garnish
Method
Add the Strawberry & Pink Peppercorn gin and fresh strawberry to a mixing glass and muddle. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top up with Tame & Wild Strawberry, Cucumber & Lime flower. Garnish and enjoy!
