Gin and ginger is THE taste of summer!

BBQ season is here! But don’t know what to serve up with your sausage? What to sip with your steak? Or what beverage to match with your burger? The Bundaberg Ginger Beer in July’s Gin of the Month box is the perfect pairing for all things grilled (or slightly charred…) Add in a splash of gin, a store cupboard staple and serve in a jam jar to wow your BBQ guests!

Breakfast at Tiffany’s

Ingredients:

60ml gin
30ml lemon juice
2 bar spoons of your favourite jam
2 dashes bitters
Bundaberg Ginger Beer, to top up
Lemon wedge, to garnish

Method:

Combine the gin, lemon juice, jam and bitters into a shaker. Shake and then strain into a jam jar, then finish by topping up the jar with Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Garnish with a wedge of lemon.
