The sun is out and the heat is on! Judging from their snaps, Craft Gin Club members are absolutely loving the weather and making the most of it the best way they know - with a fabulous gin cocktail from our Gin of the Month boxes! Finally, my July box arrived from the @craftginclub and it did not disappoint. I decided to rustle up the cocktail of the month, ‘Highland Fling’, made with Pictish Gin (I found this very light and fruity - just how I like my gin!), Spritz Syrup (I didn’t even know this was a thing but I am obsessed!), light indian tonic water from Fever Tree (because I don’t like soda water) and garnished with a slice of freeze dried grapefruit and a sprinkling of rose petals. Dreamy 😍

Brilliant in the moment photo of my 85 year old Grandad laughing his head off when I brought him out a Gin Dolly G&T. In his words “that’s bleeding fancy isn’t it, feel like we’re at the Ritz!”! Grandad Dave is drinking a Theodore Pictish Gin with a pink rhubarb Fentimans tonic and from his face I think you will agree he is loving it!
