After the onslaught of rich foods and decadent living that Christmas brings, January is when we need something a little lighter and more refreshing. Our January 2021 Perfect G&T will do very nicely indeed.
An invigorating mix of Pennington’s Lakeland Moon Snowfell Gin, our fresh-tasting, juniper-forward, exclusive January 2021 Gin of the Month and TwelveBelow’s fruity and aromatic Pear & Cardamom Tonic. It’s just what we need to start the new year right. With dried apple slices and cinnamon sticks to garnish, it’s a beautiful, clean G&T that’s full of wintery orchard fruit and delicate spice flavours.

Our perfect Pennington’s Lakeland Moon Snowfell Gin & Tonic
50ml Pennington’s Lakeland Moon Snowfell Gin (a special-edition made just for Craft Gin Club members)
200ml TwelveBelow Pear & Cardamom Tonic
Apple & cinnamon, to garnish
Add all your ingredients to a copa glass with ice. Gently stir and serve.
If you love our January 2021 Perfect G&T, then you need to try mixing it up with these two garnish suggestions. Using Pennington’s Lakeland Moon Snowfell Gin and TwelveBelow Pear & Cardamom Tonic, these two tasty tipples are utterly divine!
Pear & Rosemary G&T
Using fresh slices of pear and fragrant rosemary sprigs, this wonderful serve really brings out those gin-credible pear flavours of TwelveBelow’s Pear & Cardamom Tonic, giving you a delectably herby and lightly spiced orchard fruit experience.
50ml Pennington’s Lakeland Moon Snowfell Gin (a special edition made just for Craft Gin Club members)
200ml TwelveBelow Pear & Cardamom Tonic
Fresh slices of pear and a sprig of rosemary, to garnish
Add the gin and tonic to a glass with ice. Add your garnishes and gently stir. Serve and enjoy!
Lime & Black Peppercorn G&T
For a more savoury treat, try adding black peppercorns and fresh lime wedges to your mix of Pennington’s Lakeland Moon Snowfell Gin and TwelveBelow Pear & Cardamom Tonic. The lime really accentuates the juniper and citrus tones of the gin, while also elevating those remarkable pear flavours in the tonic. The black peppercorns then add a lovely warmth that perfectly compliments the cardamom spice within this serve. Delicious!
