Our October 2020 Gin of the Month box is brimming with devilishly delicious autumnal treats that will make this Halloween the tastiest and most gin-tastic of them all!
This month’s Gin of the Month is a Craft Gin Club exclusive that has been inspired by the seaside town where Count Dracula, one of the most dastardly of creatures in our long bestiary of ghosts and ghouls, first came to England in one of our most iconic Gothic horrors.
It’s accompanied by a whole coven of marvellous mixers and delicious snacks that will have you licking your fangs with joy. You definitely won’t need to head out trick or treating this month, all of your treats are here!

Whitby Gin The Demeter Edition
A Craft Gin Club Exclusive!
Whitby Gin The Demeter Edition is a gorgeous gin made exclusively for Craft Gin Club members. Rich and heady, it was inspired by Dracula and Whitby, the seaside town in Yorkshire where that captivating villain first landed in England. The Demeter was the name of the ship that brought him here!
This stunning and unique gin is juniper-forward and has lots of bite. Its fragrant nose is full of alluring floral notes from elderflower, heather tips and rosehip. While on the palate, sweet, fruity plum tones and aromatic vanilla flavours are followed by a delectable hit of pepper dulse, which has coastal flavours that fade into a warmly spiced finish. It’s a truly special tipple!

Merchant’s Heart Spirit Enhancers are an incredible range of mixers that have been perfectly crafted to complement your favourite spirits. It’s not the first time we have included their beautiful mixers in one of our Gin of the Month boxes and with one sip it’s easy to see why.
This month, we are sending our lucky members both Merchant’s Heart Floral Aromatics Tonic Water and their Pink Peppercorn Tonic Water. Both of these Spirit Enhancers work wonderfully well with gin! The floral edition is full of fragrant orchard fruit and citrus tones, while their pink peppercorn edition has a unique and delectably soft touch of spice. Every month, our members receive specially selected garnishes and a bespoke cocktail syrup in their box so that they can make our Perfect G&T and our unique Cocktail of the Month.
To garnish our October 2020 Perfect G&T, members can find slices of dried oranges and whole black peppercorns in their box. This delicious pairing can add warm citrus and spice tones to any gin drink. Delicious!

Craft Gin Club’s Full Moon Fizz
To celebrate Halloween and the fact that October 2020 will see two full moons, our master mixologist, Maria Vieira, has created a cocktail that’s perfect for sipping by moonlight!
This cocktail combines our exclusive Whitby Gin The Demeter Edition with the citrus and mint flavours of Gunna Muscovite Lemonade & Mint, the deep spice tones of Angostura Orange Bitters and the fabulous berry, citrus and herb notes of our bespoke Full Moon Fizz cocktail syrup. Together, they form a wonderfully complex and aromatic tipple that you will want to make again and again!
