The perfect Downpour gin and tonic recipe!

This fabulous gin and tonic recipe is the perfect way to Downpour Coast & Croft Gin from the North Uist Distillery, Craft Gin Club’s November 2022 Gin of the Month.

For this gin-credible serve, we have mixed Downpour gin with Sanpellegrino Citrus Tonic.

This beautiful, bubbly tonic water is made with lemons and oranges and is brimming with citrus delight. It provides the perfect complement to the savoury craft gin, which has notes of juniper, woody green thyme and umami-rich pepper dulse.

That combination of bright citrus with heartwarmingly earthy, herby, seaward gin notes is truly special.

Finished with a bitter-sweet grapefruit and fragrant coriander seed or allspice, it’s a gin and tonic like no other.
