Created by Craft Gin Club’s Master Mixologist, Maria Vieira, this amazing cocktail recipe mixes Forty Spotted Tasmanian Classic Gin, GUNNA Sundowner Lime Lemonade and our bespoke Summer Down Under cocktail syrup, all of which can be found in the epic Craft Gin Club July 2022 Gin of the Month box.
The gorgeous beautiful watermelon ball garnish really completes this sunny sip. We urge you to try it!

50ml Forty Spotted Tasmanian Classic Gin
25ml Summer Down Under Cocktail Syrup
100ml GUNNA Sundowner Lime Lemonade
Wedge of watermelon, to garnish
Fill a glass with ice and add your gin, syrup and GUNNA Sundowner. Stir and garnish to serve. Cheers!

First up is the stunning gin in July’s Gin of the Month box: Forty Spotted Tasmanian Classic Gin. And just look at that upside-down bottle! Deeply aromatic and delicious, it’s a very Aussie twist on a classic London Dry. And it’s bursting with special flavours… It’s got native pepperberry running through the expression, which is met by bright citrus on the palate as the makrut lime leaves open up and intermingle with the pepperberry notes. It’s one distinctive expression!
