February's star rum comes to Clubbers from Caithness, all the way up on the storm-beaten north coast of Scotland. And if you have already been a member of Craft Gin Club for some time you may recognise the distillery behind it.
The expert team at Craft Gin Club have paired this rum with ingredients for two incredible rum serving suggestions, all of which you can find in the box along with even more drinks and snacks to see you through the month.

Craft Gin Club February 2024 Rum of the Month: Mapmaker's Coastal Spiced Rum
This delicious craft rum comes from Dunnet Bay Distillers and is inspired by cartographer Timothy Pont, who is famed for having produced one of the earliest detailed maps of Scotland.
It is a well-crafted mix of Dunnet Bay Distillers' House Rum, carefully selected Caribbean rum, water from Loch Calder and spices like Scottish sea salt, scurvy grass, lemon verbena and sea kelp.
There is no other rum in the world quite like this!
Bon Accord Bona-Cola
Made with absolutely no artificial sweeteners and only 100% natural flavours, this artisan cola from the amazing team at Bon Accord has a rich, sweet, deep flavour profile and lots of fabulous fizz. It's the perfect partner for any craft rum.
The perfect way to serve Mapmaker's Coastal Spiced Rum:
This fantastic serving suggestion brings together Mapmaker's Coastal Spiced Rum with Bon Accord Bona-Cola, marrying the warm spice notes of the rum with the sweetness of the artisan cola.
The serve is then finished with a slice of lime to really elevate the whole experience.

Here at Craft Gin Club HQ, we love introducing drinks fans to new products, and when this incredible ready-to-drink Virgin Mary from Longbottom & Co. came to us we just knew we had to give Clubbers a chance to give it a try. Made with real tomato juice and seasoned to perfection, it's sumptuously savoury, a little spicy and absolutely divine.
It's great to sip on its own and mix with rum to create a Cubanita (a rum-based version of the Bloody Mary).
SHORE Smoky Barbecue Seaweed Chips
