This Christmas, our members have unboxed two splendid spirits from Hentony Gin – a distillery based just outside the Cotswolds founded by two best friends, Anna Kiryla and Agnieszka Niedzwiedz. Originally from Poland, Anna and Agnieszka relocated to Evesham over 20 years ago and, over the last few years, have been developing their gin brand into a locally treasured business.
Now, the pair are tying up the year with a bang. With Hentony Festive Gin and Hentony Festive Rum, our December Gin and Rum of the Month, Anna and Agnieszka are bringing a touch of luxury to homes all over the country.
This eye-catching pair of spirits are the picture of old-school glamour – a gin and rum that are fit for front and centre of your bar. But the quality of these spirits goes far beyond the bottles. Each month we send our members everything they need to make the perfect serve - a carefully curated recipe to make their Rum of the Month shine. This month, enjoy a classic rum and ginger, elevated with vibrant green orange and the warmth of cinnamon - it's a sip that's packed with flavour and festivity. Get the recipe below!
December 2025 Perfect Serve
Ingredients
- 50ml Hentony Festive Rum
- 200ml Schweppes Ginger Ale
- Dried orange and cinnamon, to garnish
Method
Fill a glass with ice and add your rum and mixer. Add the garnish, stir gently to infuse and serve.

Craft Gin Club's Christmas Rum Bellini
Ingredients
- 50ml Hentony Festive Rum
- 25ml Christmas Bellini Cocktail Syrup
- 1 dash ANGOSTURA® Cocoa Bitters (optional)
- 150ml Cawston Press Sparkling Rhubarb
- Fresh lemon peel, to garnish
Method
Add the rum, cocktail syrup, bitters (if using) and mixer to a Champagne flute and stir gently to combine. Garnish and serve.
