We’re No.1!
We are super excited to announce that Craft Gin Club, the UK’s number 1 gin subscription club, now has an amazing 60,000 members!
Just five years ago, the Club consisted of our founders, Jon and John, sitting in a bar on their own with nothing more than a G&T and a dream: to bring incredible quality rare or exclusive craft gins to lovers of beautiful spirits all across the UK for an affordable price. Now, we’re a fully fledged community of gin lovers all across the UK! In celebration, join us as we look back at some of the highlights and milestones we’ve hit along the way - how many of them were you there for?
November 2014: Craft Gin Club is born!
Craft Gin Club’s first ever box gets sent out… to a whopping 5 members!
The box only contained one bottle of gin (the Burleigh’s London Dry Gin, pictured left)! Clearly it was popular, though, as the Club quickly grew to include hundreds - and then thousands - of members.
July 2015: Snack time!
January 2019’s Gin of the Month box
For the first time, a delicious snack to accompany the Gin of the Month is also included in the Gin of the Month box. What was it? Cheese!
The inclusion of a snack proved so popular that a food pairing became a regular feature of the boxes, and now each box includes multiple beautiful high-quality goodies, including mixers like St Germain to speciality nuts, cheese biscuits, sweets and more.
September 2015: We’re in print!
Our first ever edition of GINNED! magazine goes to print.
Featuring a whole host of delicious cocktail recipes to make at home with the ingredients in the box, plus in-depth interviews with our gin distillers, shopping and baking inspiration, the magazine has gone on to become one of the most-loved elements of the Gin of the Month box.
February 2016: Gin wins prizes!
This was the month when the first ever lucky member found a Golden Ticket in their Gin of the Month box!
Since then, lucky recipients of the Golden Ticket have won a host of prizes with a total value of more than £45,000! Among the monthly prizes have been luxury food hampers, cases of wine, crystal gin glasses, vouchers to spend at world-famous jeweller Tiffany’s, guided trips to gin distilleries, and even holidays.
July 2016: There be Dragons!
Craft Gin Club founders John and Jon appear on the BBC television show Dragons' Den - and win the backing of successful London Cocktail Club entrepreneur and Craft Gin Club member Sarah Willingham!

November 2018: WINNERS!
Craft Gin Club wins the People's Champion gong at the Startups Awards 2018!
We were thrilled to receive the winning number of votes for this award, and to hear the officials’ comments, which included praise for our “excellent boxes” and described our victory as “undeniably deserved”.
December 2018: The ultimate compliment?
We were blown away to be named as one of the prestigious list of Sunday Times' Fast Track 100 "Ones to Watch" 2018!
It was a huge vote of confidence in the quality of the service we provide for our members to have such a respected business authority give us the seal of approval!
February 2019: It’s a gin!
February 2019 saw the birth of “The Perfect G&T”, our regular magazine and online feature providing a simple G&T recipe combining the Gin of the Month with the tonic and garnish from the same box, which have all been carefully chosen to complement each other.

February 2019: And… we’re live!
Our very own Sophie hosts our first ever Facebook Live event.
This regular event features guest appearances from top distillers and bartenders as well as members of our own expert gin team here at Craft Gin Club. Viewers can expect real-time cocktail masterclasses, an interactive Q&A to answer all your gin-related queries, and, of course, the incredibly popular ‘Ping for Gin’ competition in which viewers can win free gin!

June 2019: A new community comes to life
Our brand-new Facebook Group, Craft Gin Clubbers, launches with a bang. This fantastic community of gin lovers - counting Craft Gin Club members and non-members alike - already has 4500 busy members posting gin-related tips, recipes, jokes, photos and recommendations for each other.
Everyone is welcome to join in the fun online so come and check out the group!
