This eye-catching cocktail is a delicious mix of Wabi Sabi Sakura Gin, Craft Gin Club's April 2024 Gin of the Month, Dalston's Cherry Soda and Cherry Blossom Cocktail Syrup.

It is made by stirring all three ingredients with ice and then pouring them into a rocks glass with even more ice. The cocktail is then garnished with cherry blossom or edible flowers.

The result is a wonderfully fizzy, pink cocktail with a perfect balance of floral, fruit, citrus and herb tones that make it ideal for sipping through spring, summer and beyond.
