This is the Dry Island Gin version of a Corpse Reviver No. 2. Made with Australian Maidenii La Tonique and a touch of absinthe, this one is sure to put a zing in your step.
30ml Dry Island Gin
25ml lemon juice
20ml Maidenii La Tonique or Lillet Blanc
10ml sugar syrup 3ml absinthe Lemon twist, to garnish
Chill a coupette.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and fine strain into your chilled coupette.
