A deliciously fresh cocktail that'll showcase September's Conker Gin perfectly.
50ml Conker Gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Elderflower Tonic Water, to top up
Combine the gin, lemon juice and brown sugar to a cocktail shaker. Add the gooseberries and samphire, then fill the shaker with ice. Shake hard, and strain into a tall, chilled glass filled with ice. Top up with elderflower tonic water and garnish.
