Celebrate Six Bells Gin with this twist on the classic gin cocktail, the White Lady. This bespoke creation from Craft Gin Club’s resident gin expert complements the citrus in this month’s gin whilst also paying tribute to the rich history of gin in London.
Belle of Gin Lane
50ml City of London Distillery Six Bells Gin
20ml lemon Juice
15ml rose syrup
1 egg white
1 dash orange bitters
Orange twists and rose petal, to garnish
Pack a cocktail shaker with ice and add all of your ingredients. Shake hard for 20 seconds, then strain the mixture into a glass. Toss out the ice, re-add your cocktail, and shake again for a super-foamy cocktail. Strain into a coupe, and garnish with a twist of orange and a rose petal.
