January’s gin has been specially imported all the way from the mountains of Bolivia for Craft Gin Club Members to discover!

When our tasting team first tried La República Amazónica, they knew that Craft Gin Club members had to try this beautiful Bolivian gin. We’ve specially shipped in a batch of this handcrafted gin from South America for our members to try – and they’ll be the first in the UK to own a bottle of this beautiful, rain-forest-inspired spirit. It’s the perfect start to a new year - happy ginuary everyone!

Juniper, Coriander, Cardamom, Orange, Lemon, Anise, Cinnamon, Ginger, Açaí, Copoazú, Ají Gusano, Cacao, Chuchuhuasi Bark, Canelón Bark, Palo Santo, Sacha Culantro.

An intense initial aroma of wood and herbs is rounded out by orange peel and lime. Elegant and smooth on the palate, this gin is rich with fresh herbs, toasty flavours and a strong backbone of juniper. Fruit lingers on the finish, blending with exotic spices and earthy undertones, then fading to a pleasant warmth on the tongue.

For the perfect La República Amazónica Gin and Tonic, combine 50ml of gin and 150ml of 1724 tonic in a glass packed with ice. Garnish with slices of chilli or, if spice isn’t your style, an orange slice and a twist of lime peel.
