A simple, yet oh so tasty Salty Dog gin cocktail!

Cocktail hour or gin O’clock, whatever the occasion, the salty dog gin cocktail is stunning! You never know who’s going to drop in over the Christmas period so make sure you have these ingredients in the cupboard!

A classic combination of grapefruit, salt and gin, the Salty Dog has been enjoyed for decades. Filska Gin compliments the tartness of the grapefruit and provides a more rounded flavour. A thyme syrup adds a delicate, herbal sweetness and depth of flavour. Try adding some grapefruit zest for a citrus twist!
