A cocktail sprinkled with chocolate? Yes please!

Divine chocolate are celebrating their 20th birthday this month and their beautiful lemon and juniper chocolate features in March’s Gin of the Month box!

Method:

Add the gin, egg and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice). Add ice shake again, strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with lemon and juniper Divine Chocolate.

Ingredients:

1 x egg
50ml One Gin
15ml sugar syrup
Divine Juniper and Lemon Chocolate to garnish
