Cocktail: Norwegian Blue

This weeks #ThirstyThursday cocktail has been whipped up by the lovely Nadia Sawalha! Made using the wonderful Vidda Tørr Gin.


1. Combine all of your ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice to emulsify the egg white.
2. Then shake again with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe.


50ml Vidda Tørr Gin
2 tsp blueberry jam
20ml lemon juice
20ml egg white
