Rhubarb and Ginger Collins

Method:

Combine first three ingredients in a tall glass packed with ice and mix, then top up with soda water and garnish with a mint leaf. 

Ingredients:

25ml Bottlegreen Rhubarb + Ginger Cordial
25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
50ml Vidda Torr Gin
Soda water, to top up
Mint leaf, to garnish
