Cocktail: Danish Sunrise

This beautiful, orange cocktail shines with citrus flavour. There's no better way to end the day (or to kick off a boozy brunch!) than with this Elg Gin No. 1 creation by Matthias Soberon.

Danish Sunrise

50ml Elg Gin No. 1
20ml triple sec
20ml fresh orange juice
10ml fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Orange wedge, to garnish

Shake all of your ingredients with plenty of ice for 12 to 15 seconds. Double strain over crushed ice. Add more crushed ice to cover and add an orange wedge to garnish.
