Ingredients:

60ml Elg Gin No. 1
20ml dry vermouth
15ml Green Chartreuse
5ml absinthe
Fresh thyme, to garnish

Method:

  1. Stir all of your ingredients for 30 to 40 seconds with plenty of ice.
  2. Strain into a pre-chilled coupe.
  3. Garnish with fresh thyme.
