A taste straight from a 1920's speakeasy, create our gin joint of the month; 214 Bermondsey's signature cocktail: The Vancouver, in the comfort of your own home!
The Vancouver
Ingredients:
50ml Gin
25ml Antica Formula
10ml Benedictine
1-2 dash Orange Bitters
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and stir as you would a martini. Pour into a chilled coupette glass and finish with a lemon twist.
