Every month, we hide a shiny Golden Ticket in our Gin of the Month boxes - completely at random! - for one lucky box recipient to find. This winner gets to redeem their ticket for the month's marvellous prize, which in June included a trip to the home of June's Gin of the Month, Warner Edwards Honeybee Gin, and a hamper bursting with their ginny goodies.
Meet our lucky winner, Laura, and learn all about her amazing trip!
Laura just got back from her trip to Falls Farm and filled us in on the fabulous time she had! She loved the beautiful location of the distillery, and the peaceful views and surrounding of the Church Farm Lodge, the hotel she spent the evening at.
Her tour at Warner Edwards was kicked off with a G&T in Tom's botanical garden, and then the team showed her around inside, where the magic happens, in front of the now-famous Curiosity.
No tour would be complete without a bit of sampling, of course! Laura was lucky enough to try all of the Warner Edwards products, while learning about the history of gin and of Warner Edwards itself.
After a hard morning's work of gin tasting, Laura and the Warner Edwards team enjoyed lunch at the 'Tolly', the local pub serving up all of Warner Edwards amazing creations. Laura's favourite part? "The BEST sticky toffee pudding I've ever had - the salted ice cream relaly topped it off!" she excitedly recalled.
