This scrummy cocktail has a real taste of the Great British countryside - blackberries from the hedgerow and honey from the bees! Not to mention June's Gin of the Month, the bee-autiful Warner Edwards Honeybee Gin. Enjoy!
25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Crème de Mure
Blackberry and lemon twist, to garnish
Pour the gin, lemon juice and honey into a cocktail shaker, half-fill with ice and shake until very cold. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle the Crème de Mure over the top so it trickles through the ice. Garnish with fresh blackberries and a slice of lemon zest.
