15ml Lemon Juice
7.5ml sugar syrup*
English sparkling wine, chilled
Combine the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker packed with ice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute and top up with English sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon peel.
