Cap off your day with this bright and fruity twist on the Tom Collins that's become a classic of its own. It's just the thing to sip on after a hard day's work!

Recipe adapted from PUNCH
30ml gin
20ml lime juice
Handful fresh raspberries
15ml sugar syrup
Ginger ale
Orange slice, to garnish
Lime slice, to garnish
Raspberry, to garnish
Method:
In a shaker, combine raspberries and sugar syrup. Muddle.
Add lime juice and gin to shaker - along with ice - and shake vigorously until chilled.
Strain twice into a tall glass filled with ice.
Garnish with orange, lime and raspberry, to serve.
