Cocktail of the Week: Gulborg

After a long weekend, what better way to continue the Spring fun than enjoying this weeks beautiful apple based cocktail! Get into the spirit of nature with April's KONGSGAARD GIN and this gorgeous drink!

 

Gulborg

KONGSGAARD GIN has been infused with beautiful Gulborg apples, which is where this cocktail's name comes from. With the bitters serving as a base, the pressed apple juice brings out this gin's unique apple notes to create a wonderfully refreshing drink. 

Gulborg cocktail with Kongsgaard Gin and apple slices to garnish

 

50ml KONGSGAARD GIN
3 dashes of Angostura bitters (or similar bitter)
Pressed apple juice, to top up
Dehydrated apple wheel, to garnish

Method:

Pour your gin into a highball glass and add 3 drops of bitters. Stir to combine. Fill the glass with ice and top up with apple juice. Garnish with dehydrated apple wheel.
