Cocktail: Fleur Collins

As we slowly leave winter behind us, we're a little too excited to welcome spring into our lives - and our cocktails! This gorgeous tipple is just the thing to ring in March. Happy mixing!

Fleur Collins

Recipe adapted from Hungry Girl Por Vida

55ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
55ml gin
30ml elderflower liqueur
15ml violette liqueur
30ml sugar syrup
soda water


In a mixing glass, combine lemon juice, gin, sugar syrup and both liqueurs.
Stir to combine.
Fill a glass with ice and pour in cocktail mixture.
Top with soda water and garnish with edible flowers to serve.
