This pretty purple drink is a lovely floral twist on the classic Tom Collins cocktail.
Recipe adapted from Hungry Girl Por Vida
55ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
30ml elderflower liqueur
15ml violette liqueur
30ml sugar syrup
In a mixing glass, combine lemon juice, gin, sugar syrup and both liqueurs.
Stir to combine.
Fill a glass with ice and pour in cocktail mixture.
Top with soda water and garnish with edible flowers to serve.
