We shouldn't have a favourite but who doesn't love a Negroni?! This Batch Negroni has a Christmas twist to it due to the frankincense and myrrh botanicals used in the making of Batch gin - chin, merry chin!
- Fill a tumbler with ice.
- Combine gin, Campari and vermouth, then stir to combine and dilute slightly.
- Garnish with an orange peel and a cocktail cherry.
