Cocktail: Batch Negroni

Batch Negroni

We shouldn't have a favourite but who doesn't love a Negroni?! This Batch Negroni has a Christmas twist to it due to the frankincense and myrrh botanicals used in the making of Batch gin - chin, merry chin!

Method:

  1. Fill a tumbler with ice.
  2. Combine gin, Campari and vermouth, then stir to combine and dilute slightly.
  3. Garnish with an orange peel and a cocktail cherry.
     

Ingredients:

60ml Batch Premium Gin
30ml Campari
30ml red vermouth
Orange peel and cocktail cherry, to garnish
