Gin & Grapefruit
Rosemary and grapefruit pair perfectly with a botanical-heavy gin (such as January 2017's Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin), and this gorgeous cocktail is a great way to let enjoy the fruit flavours of the season.

Ingredients:
30ml gin
grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
grapefruit wedges
rosemary sprig
Method:
- Fill a glass with ice, then add gin.
- Top with grapefruit juice and garnish with a rosemary sprig to serve.
