50ml Wild Botanical Gin
75ml Cloudy Apple Juice
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
3 dashes of Orange Bitters
Pinch of Cinnamon
- Bring the cider to a simmer in a small pot, then add the apple juice, cinnamon, bitters and honey.
- Bring the liquid to a simmer and stir continuously for three minutes.
- Add the gin, stir and garnish with cinnamon and lemon zest – plus a pine or fir sprig if you have one.
- Serve while warm.
