Cowboy Martini
This little-known take on the Martini is one every gin lover needs to try.
Ingredients:
60ml gin
15ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
15ml sugar syrup
7 mint leaves
Ice
Method:
- In a cocktail shaker, place mint leaves and ice.
- Add gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass, top with mint leaves to garnish and serve.
