Welcome to May! This month's first Cocktail of the Week is a favourite of Tobias Schwoll, the Windspiel Gin team's farmer extraordinaire. This earthy twist on a classic G&T is a perfect introduction to May's German Gin of the Month, a potato-based spirit characterised by its very smooth texture and sophisticated flavour.
Betterave Rouge Tonic
50ml Windspiel Premium Dry Gin
1 or 2 picked baby beetroots
1x 25cl bottle Windspiel Tonic Water
Serve all ingredients over ice in a highball glass.
