August's Gin of the Month is a special bottle of sunshine all the way from Spain. Siderit, distilled in the temperate Cantabria region, is a beautifully balanced gin with a beguiling botanical blend.
Distilled by two talented ex-engineers in special glass stills - which give the finished product unparalleled purity and clarity of flavour - Siderit is a true expression of Spain. It takes its name from Sideritis Hyssopifolia, a flowering plant that flourishes in the high altitudes of Cantabria's mountains and is one of the 12 spectacular botanicals that go into this very special bottle.

London Dry Gin, 43% ABV
Juniper, coriander, rock tea, cardamom, angelica root, cinnamon, bitter orange peel, mandarin peel, hibiscus, pink pepper, raw Marcona almonds and orris root.
Floral on the nose thanks to the inclusion of hibiscus flower, Siderit is a well-balanced London Dry Gin with a fascinating herbal aftertaste imparted by rock tea, a unique botanical local to the distillery. Mandarin orange and pink pepper impart a sweetness, counteracted slightly by bitter orange peel. Almond gives the gin a smooth feel in the mouth.
