This delicious take on a classic Negroni makes excellent use of Windspiel's Premium Dry Gin Reserve, which is aged in oak barrels to give the spirit a smoother texture and unique flavour. As you sip this Cocktail of the Week, a favourite of Windspiel Denis Lönnendonker (right), take notice of how using barrel-aged gin transforms your tipple.
Reserved Negroni
30ml Windspiel Premium Dry Gin Reserve
30ml Campari
30ml Vermouth
Put all ingredients into a rocks glass with ice. Stir the Negroni for about 30 seconds. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
