This classic cocktail, thought to be the precursor to the Martini, is given a delicious twist by using the syrup from your Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.
35ml Arbikie AK’s Gin
35ml Sweet vermouth
10ml Luxardo cherry syrup from the jar
1 dash Angostura orange bitters (optional)
Stir all ingredients with ice, serve up in a chilled glass with a Luxardo maraschino cherry as garnish.
