In honour of Arbikie’s Scottish roots, this sumptuously original take on the classic French 75 takes its name from the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, which just happens to be located at 75 Belford Road in Edinburgh.
30ml Arbikie AK’s Gin
10ml fresh lemon juice
15ml Luxardo cherry syrup from the jar
Sparkling wine (such as your Codorníu Cava)
Shake ingredients and strain into a Champagne glass, top with your favourite sparkling wine and garnish with a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
