This sumptuously original take on the classic French 75 takes its name from the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, which just happens to be located at 75 Belford Road in Edinburgh. Created just for December 2016's AK's Arbikie Gin, this tipple is a work of art itself!
Ingredients:
30ml gin
10ml fresh lemon juice
15ml Luxardo cherry syrup (from jar of Maraschino Cherries)
Sparkling wine
Method:
- Shake ingredients and strain into a Champagne glass, top with your favourite sparkling wine and garnish with a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
