Equal parts Campari, vermouth and gin, the Negroni is a classic cocktail that's perfectly balanced in its bitter and sweet flavours. Four Pillars Negroni
A perfect expression of a classic cocktail. It doesn’t get any better than this.
30ml Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
30ml Campari
30ml Sweet red vermouth
Orange Segment, to garnish
Method
Layer ingredients over ice in a short glass. Squeeze in the orange and mix with a tall spoon. Perfection!
Negroni Spumante
This deliciously bubbly version, lengthened with sparkling wine, is a decadent treat for any Negroni lover.
30ml Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
30ml Campari
30ml Sweet Red Vermouth
Dry sparkling wine
Orange zest or slice, to garnish
Method
Pour gin, Campari and vermouth into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling wine and gently stir. Garnish with orange slice or zest, squeezing to release the oils.
White Negroni
If you just find Campari too bitter to contend with, substitute it for the bittersweet French liqueur Suze and use Lillet Blanc in the place of sweet vermouth to create something a little lighter both in colour and taste.

30ml Suze Sauver d'Autrefois
30ml Lillet Blanc
Grapefruit zest, to garnish
Method
Pour gin, Suze and Lillet into a glass filled with ice and stir. Garnish with grapefruit zest.
