Au-Tom Collins
50ml Cranberries and Clementine gin
25ml lemon juice
5ml sugar syrup
Soda Water
Mix your gin with the lemon juice and sugar syrup in a tall glass with ice. Top up with soda water and garnish with a wheel of orange and cranberries.
