We don't know about you, but here at Craft Gin Club Towers, the seasonal sniffles have well and truly struck. But never fear! This warming cocktail creation made with December's Gin of the Month, Sibling Gin, herbal Benedictine liqueur, soothing honey and Vitamin C-rich lemon, could be just the thing to chase your cold away (or it could just be a deliciously different way to enjoy your gin). Sibling Gin Felix Elixir
50ml Sibling Gin
8-10 blueberries
Teaspoon runny honey
25ml lemon juice
10ml Benedictine
Muddle blueberries in the bottom of the shaker, shake all ingredients and pour directly into a tall glass, garnish with lemon zest
