Craft Gin Club’s January 2024 Gin of the Month, Cascave Stormy Gin comes from the amazing team at Cascave Gin in Wales, close to the famed Brecon Beacons. Made using bright citrus and pink peppercorn, and earthy juniper, along with local spring water from Dan Yr Ogof caves, it’s the perfect Welsh storm of light and dark tones.

Tasting Notes and Botanicals

Juniper, pink peppercorn, coriander seed, bilberry, sweet orange ribbon, meadowsweet, lemon ribbon, orris root, grapefruit peel, angelica root, liquorice root, angelica root and wild sunflower root.

Tasting Notes:On the nose, juniper and fragrant citrus notes meet delicate touches of spice. They all develop on the smooth, rich palate and last long into the wonderfully moreish finish.

Perfect G&T

Serve with Double Dutch Cranberry & Ginger Tonic and garnish with lemon and juniper berries.
