Our November Gin of the Month comes from the stunning coast of Vancouver Island, Canada. It instantly delivers a punchy juniper aroma on the nose and balances out with light florals to form a delicate top note. The unique botanicals of rose, winged kelp, coriander, citrus and cardamom provide a sweet zest that's rounded with a savoury edge reminiscent of days by the sea with salt in the air.
