This stunning and rare craft gin from Wabi Sabi Gin in Japan is Craft Gin Club’s April 2024 Gin of the Month. Made using Japanese cherry blossom, mint and woody herbs like bay, thyme and rosemary, it has a fragrant mix of floral and herb tones that no gin fan will want to miss.

Tasting Notes and Botanicals

Juniper, Japanese cherry blossom, rosemary, thyme, bay leaf, coriander, orris, rose, holy basil, liquorice, lavender, lemon verbena, rose geranium, mojito mint and lemongrass.

Tasting Notes:Juniper and floral Japanese cherry blossom lead on the nose. On the smooth palate, mint and woody herb flavours join those floral tones. The finish is aromatic, delicate and wonderfully long.
