PUD PUD Cherry Christmas Gin is rested for two months in ex-bourbon casks for a rich depth of flavour, then infused with ruby red, sweet lapin cherries from Buckinghamshire. This fruity festive spirit is juniper-forward with notes of light spices, raisins and zesty orange peel for a touch of citrus. Subtle sweet notes are added from the cherries and soft vanilla from the oak cask. There is no added sugar. This ruby-red gin is delicious served simply, with a classic Indian tonic.

Juniper, clementine, tonka bean, Christmas spices and a collection of other carefully curated botanical ingredients.

Tasting Notes:Warm, juicy citrus notes lead on the nose, accompanied by hints of cinnamon. On the palate, vanilla and winter fruit flavours come through, along with hints of juniper. The finish is a festive flourish of dark chocolate and spice delight.

Serve with a premium Mediterranean tonic and garnish with fresh orange and a cinnamon stick.
