This is Craft Gin Club’s stunning March 2022 Gin of the Month. Distilled by Shivering Mountain Distillery in the Peak District National Park, Derbyshire, and inspired by one of the area’s incredible mountains, Mam Tor, otherwise known as the “shivering mountain”, it is a beautiful gin that’s brimming with berry, floral and spice notes. What’s more, it comes in a remarkable glass bottle that has a model of Mam Tor at its base.

Tasting Notes and Botanicals

Juniper, heather flower, coriander, sloes, angelica, bilberries, bilberry leaves, cardamom, blue mallow, Szechuan pepper, elderflower, orange, orris and gorse flower.

Tasting Notes:The nose is fresh and vibrant, with hints of juniper, berries and elderflower. They continue onto the palate where they are joined by more complex floral and pine tones. The finish is delicately spiced with a warming pepperiness.

Perfect G&T

Serve this gin with Belu Tonic and garnish with orange slices and blueberries.
